I have all good things to say about Crash Champions. They were a pleasure to work with from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it up. They were patient with the inevitable difficulties of dealing with insurance and, as an added benefit, they worked seamlessly with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Iβd like to add an additional shout out to Roscoe, Heather, and Debbie; they each went way above and beyond merely providing excellent service. As for the product (my car): it looks beautiful and the repainting of the passenger side precisely matches the rest of the car, thanks to the folks in the shop whom I didnβt meet. Debbie detailed the car inside and out and I really appreciate it!

They did an amazing job on my rear end. The car has a totally new look to it now and the staff are phenomenal, very kind and respectful. They really made me feel comfortable when I dropped my car off. Rosco gave me a full explanation on the details of the work that they did on my car and he kept me informed with the work as they were working on the car. He was very friendly,he greeted me with a genuine smile π Would definitely use them for any other work on my vehicle. Will proudly refer them to my friends..

Do NOT take your vehicle here!!They did a botched up job fixing my car. When I expressed my concerns, they said it was because the insurance wouldnβt pay for the OEM bumper, but that they would contact the insurance company and then upon further inspection of my car we found more things wrong with the car that they did so I called and spoke with the manager, who said she would be in contact with me before the end of the day which was last Wednesday and today is Monday, June 2 and I still have not heard anything back from this company!

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your car. I needed my front bumper and grille replaced and the hood realigned. Incredibly poor quality of work. The hood, fenders, and bumper were all misaligned. The paint on the new bumper was scratched. They tried to return the car in this condition, as if it was acceptable. "Anything less than a 10/10 is a failure to us" It was, in fact, a failure. Had to go through the entire process over again. Better the second time, still not great, but I wasn't about to go through the process a third time. Save yourself the time and headache, donβt take your car here.

Want to start off by saying that everyone I dealt with WAS friendly and tended to be helpful, but despite that I found the quality of work to be lacking. My initial repair ended up running an extra week or two over estimate, fine, I had access to another car at the time and didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. Vehicle was fixed with cheaper aftermarket parts per insurance, including a bumper cover that just would not fit properly, and it only got worse at speed, in the cold, hot etc. They agreed to order a new, OEM bumper and said they'd let me know when it arrived. I called back three months later, about December(?) was told they'd contact the parts manager and call me back. Nothing. Three MORE months later I call back and was told it arrived in January but nobody told the manager. Working at a local toyota dealer, I asked my parents department out of curiosity how long it would take to get one if I ordered it right then. He said three days... Went and had it painted and installed, paint was way off. Pearl white and without the car there to match it to, fine. Went to go get my other car, left the white car there to pick up a few days later. Paint match still seems a
